Hamburg, NY native Curtis Boyle is pursuing a dual degree in the Industrial Engineering/MBA program with expected completion in 2015. To complement the engineering portion of his degree, Curtis will be pursuing a concentration in Supply Chain and Operations Management. Curtis is highly involved at the UB Newman Center and is a teaching assistant for the undergraduate Introduction to Management Information Systems course at the UB School of Management. At the completion of the first year of the MBA program, Curtis began working at a local chocolate processing facility in an operation management capacity, and will work to find the optimal strategies for balancing operational efficiency with utilizing Buffalo’s most valuable resource — its people. He hopes to build upon this valuable experience and help the Buffalo region develop meaningful jobs for its rich and diverse population.
