Jenna Palladino
Jenna Palladino, a proud Western New York native, graduated from Daemen University for Childhood Education and Special Education. She is certified in Multi-Subject (Grades 1-6), Students with Disabilities (Grades 1-6), and Educating All Students (EAS). Jenna will continue her education at Canisius University, pursuing a master’s degree in physical education/health education.
With ten years of experience working with children of all abilities, Jenna is known for her patience, adaptability, and positive approach to fostering inclusive learning environments. Throughout her time at Daemen, she completed immersive student teaching placements, including working in a 6:1:1 classroom setting where she supported nonverbal students and adapted lessons to meet diverse learning needs. At just 12 years old, she founded “Mill Kids Care,” a peer-support club for students with special needs that remains active at Mill Middle School today.
Outside of the classroom, Jenna is actively engaged in her community. She has served as an archery coach with Amherst Youth & Recreation since 2021 and volunteered for several years with the Amherst YES Program and TOPSoccer, supporting athletes with disabilities.
A former varsity soccer player and NCAA college cheerleader, Jenna brings a strong sense of teamwork, leadership, and commitment to everything she does. In 2023, Jenna was honored with the Wildcat Award for Cheerleading in recognition of her outstanding positivity, leadership, and team-building impact both on and off the mat. She plans to contribute to Western New York’s educational landscape by supporting children’s academic, physical, and social development through inclusive, student-centered teaching.
Looking forward, Jenna is driven by a vision to develop an inclusive after-school physical education program available to students of all diverse needs. Her goal is to create a welcoming and adaptive environment where children of all abilities, regardless of physical or cognitive disabilities, can engage in meaningful physical activity tailored to their individual strengths. Through this initiative, she hopes to promote movement, community, confidence, and joy for every student in the Western New York region.
