Madelaine Britt
Madelaine Britt is a junior environmental design and political science student at the University at Buffalo. A native of Rochester, NY, she has a passion for grassroots activism, specifically in quality of life issues including housing affordability. She is very active in the University Heights community, serving as an elected board member of the University Heights Collaborative, a volunteer at the University Heights Tool Library and a co-founder of the Community Laboratory (CoLab). Madelaine Britt is an AmeriCorps Vista alum and a proud Western New York Prosperity Fellow. In her future, she plans to earn a master’s degree in urban policy and planning as well as a juris doctorate in law. She couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunities made available to her in the Western New York region, and she is looking forward to being a part of making Buffalo a more equitable city.
