Madison Vanderlip

Maddy, a native of Buffalo, pursued a major in marketing during her undergraduate studies, leading to the attainment of a Bachelor’s degree. Presently, she is pursuing an MBA with a concentration in marketing, with an expected graduation in 2024. Throughout her time at Canisius, Maddy dedicated two years to competing in Division 1 cross country and track. Additionally, she served as a Peer Mentor for the Wehle School of Business, facilitating the seamless transition of first-year students into the college environment. Maddy’s commitment to acquiring practical experience in integrated marketing communication materialized through her participation in Canisius’ first IMC masterclass. Beyond the confines of the campus, she assumes the role of head coach for modified cross country in the West Seneca Central School district.
Furthermore, Maddy has volunteered with 716 Ministries while concurrently maintaining part-time employment at Runners Roost. As Maddy proceeds with the completion of her MBA, she endeavors to continue growing her marketing experience within the local community, collaborating with the marketing team at Buffalo Rehab Group. Ultimately, her professional aspirations revolve around amalgamating her passions for health, fitness, marketing, and the Buffalo community in her forthcoming career.
