My name is Tanou Sow, I am a Graduate student studying Real Estate Development. I have always had a passion for people and impact, coming from Guinea, West Africa to now being in college I have had a tumultuous journey here, from growing up in NYC, to coming in undergrad here at UB studying CS, to creating small businesses as an entrepreneur and being apart of the community here through many clubs on campus. I have aspirations to revitalize communities affected by poverty and disinvestment, here locally, around the country and world. I believe I can do this through Real Estate and Economic Development, and I am here as a Fellow and Graduate Assistant to continue to create the building blocks towards that goal.
